Return & Exchange Policy – Alevirra Jewelry
Each Alevirra Jewelry piece is handmade to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry, we offer a 14‑day return window. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returns & Restocking Fee
For returns not due to quality issues, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Please keep photos and unboxing videos if the product is damaged or has quality problems.
Order Cancellations
Please contact us promptly for accidental orders or post‑purchase changes of mind. Cancellation is unavailable once your order enters the shipping pipeline. If your items remain in our possession, we will halt processing and issue a full refund.
Custom & Personalized Jewelry
Items that include customizations such as metal changes, stone upgrades, size adjustments, engravings, or other special requests are also final sale.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Return Instructions
Email gz_lingming_ltd@outlook.com to initiate a return. Returns must be authorized in writing before being sent. Any package sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us gz_lingming_ltd@outlook.com right away so we can make it right.
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
